STUDIO AND ONLINE CLASSES

Begin your journey to movement for life right now!

We welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike to all our classes. Join us either in person in the Studio, or from the comfort of your own home with our live online classes.

Classes are currently helping members to manage pain issues, help keep them moving to enjoy other hobbies and interests, improve their sleep quality and mange the ups and downs that life throws at them. I welcome beginners to all my classes which are suitable for all levels from beginner up. But if you feel you have a particular movement issue then please reach out to me when booking your first class so we can discuss making sure the class is accessible to you.

Studio classes are small with plenty of opportunity for individual help and guidance. If you are joining us live online then we encourage you to keep your camera on so that we may offer you assistance in your own home.

BACK CARE COURSE

6 weeks

A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help the back - aimed at helping improve mobility, flexibility and strength.

Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health.

No experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class

CORE & STRENGTH

6 weeks

A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help create core and overall body strength, involving hand held weights where appropriate.

Ideal for toning and improving strength without losing out on your flexibility.

No experience needed.

Monday 10.15 am Pilates

Monday 11.30 am Yoga

Yoga

Move, stretch, build strength and flexibility, whilst working on relaxation, for beginners up. This class is a mix of flowing movements and held stretches (classes are inspired by vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga) all directed by the breath. 


Essential Equipment
Mat

Recommended Equipment
Yoga block or a cushion, Yoga Strap (or similar), blanket

Pilates

Move with the breath to tone and stretch the muscles - for beginners up. Pilates can help improve posture, strengthen the core and mobilise the whole body through a series of exercises that target specific areas of the body.

Essential Equipment
Mat

Resistance band/yoga strap, block/cushion, blanket
