Private Classes

A regular private yoga class is like going to a PT session at the gym. It helps to make you accountable - it maks you practise your yoga at home. So if you want help to create a regular routine to help with your bad back, or to help you relax, or move and stretch regularly these classes are for you. A private class can be for up to 2 people.

Book a 30 minute or 60 minute class.

Book your first class at my community clinic online or contact me to ask about treaments in your own home.

You will need an initial consultation before your first class.

We run a strict 48 hour cancellatiojn policy.
