BACK CARE COURSE - 60 minute class
6 weeks
A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help the back aimed at helping
improve mobility, flexibility and strength.
Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health.
No experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class.

MOVEMENT FOR BEGINNERS - 30 minute class
A beginners guide to movement to help the back, with some gentle movement and stretching.
Movement on a chair, on the mat (plus re learn how to get up and down from the if you worry about it!)
Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class.

CORE & STRENGTH - 60 minute class
6 weeks
A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help create core and overall body strength, involving hand held weights where appropriate.
Ideal for toning and improving strength without losing out on your flexibility.
No experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class.

BACK CARE PART II - 60 minute class
A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help the back - aimed at helping improve mobility, flexibility and strength.
This course is for those with some experience of yoga, Pilates or other forms of exercise, including the back care course.
Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health.
