A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help create core and overall body strength, involving hand held weights where appropriate.
Ideal for toning and improving strength without losing out on your flexibility.

Move, stretch, build strength and flexibility, whilst working on relaxation, for beginners up. This class is a mix of flowing movements and held stretches (classes are inspired by vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga) all directed by the breath.

Yoga block or a cushion, Yoga Strap (or similar), blanket

Move with the breath to tone and stretch the muscles - for beginners up. Pilates can help improve posture, strengthen the core and mobilise the whole body through a series of exercises that target specific areas of the body.
