I am a Jing Method™ advanced clinical massage therapist. I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches whiplash, RSI fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions
As an advanced clinical massage therapist I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self care.
I use a warm and heart centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs and am committed to working alongside you to get the results you need.

We run a strict cancellation policy, all appointments must be prepaid, rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment incurs a 100% fee and not attending is also a 100% fee.

For all treatments I will discuss and assess your needs before offering a treatment that can include heat, fascial work, trigger point work, stretching and self care advice.
If you are looking to help chronic pain, stiffness or injury then you will need a series of treatments, ideally over a weekly basis. so choose the pain and stiffness relief option.
A relaxation massage can be as and when you need it, a well being massage.
All massage is performed in a warm, safe environment and clients need to remove all clothing so that skin is exposed for the treatment.

All new clients will need an initial consultation which is 70 minutes - £65
